We live in an Internet age! Buyers browse listings from the comfort of their homes and then contact the agents. It is not the description that entices the buyer ("... Five car garage...Located in beautiful Downtown" could describe an abandoned structure in the worst part of town) it is the pictures. People are visual and a better picture will generate more interest. The steal of the century with poor or no pictures can move slower than an over priced property with good pictures.
